    कृषि अध्ययनकै क्रममा इण्टर्नशिपको सिलसिलामा विपिन इजरायल गएका थिए तर विडम्बना एक महिना नपुग्दै आतङ्कवादी सङ्गठन हमासको आक्रमणमा परे ।  त्यस घटनामा १० नेपालीको निर्ममतापूर्वक हत्या गरियो । उनलाई भने बन्धक बनाएर प्यालेस्टिनी अधीनस्थ गाजा पुर्‍याए , आजसम्म उनको अत्तोपत्तो छैन । विपिन जोशीसँगको सम्झनालाई उनले कवितामा मार्मिक शब्दहरुद्वारा बयान गरेका छन् ।
